Manisha Fatania

Manisha is an Associate in the Employment Team.

Manisha qualified as a solicitor with a well-known litigation firm in 2017. She is well versed with employment litigation, having dealt with matters at the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court. She has experience dealing with a vast spectrum of employment issues, including multi-party litigation, discrimination and TUPE. Manisha is able to take a pragmatic approach and appreciates the need to minimise risk from the outset.

Having joined the firm in summer 2018, Manisha now provides ongoing support to a range of clients. She is able to provide support during TUPE transfers and business reorganisations. Manisha also conducts careful contract and policy reviews, and is able to draft documents that meet the needs of the particular client. Her approachable nature means that she is able to advise fully on the day to day issues that employers are faced with, whether big or small.
