Miles has more than 20 years’ experience in acting for national house builders, developers and top 10 registered providers in all aspects of residential property development, non-contentious construction and commercial property.

The work he undertakes includes joint venture/collaboration transactions, promotion agreements, sale and development agreements, site infrastructure and Section 106 planning agreements.

Miles has advised on a range of real estate transactions from small 10 units sites to multi-million-pound site acquisitions and regeneration projects.
