Reena Vadera is a Senior Associate with more than 20 years’ experience in children law. Reena originally qualified as Barrister being called the Bar in 2000 and then admitted as a Solicitor in 2004.

Reena specialises in complex children cases and has been able to use her extensive experience of care work to develop her private law children practice. Reena has dealt with leave to remove cases,  adoption, implacable hostility case, sexual abuse allegations and allegations of non-accidental injury.

Reena’s recent cases include successful representation of a mother dealing with complex issues surrounding contact issues dispute, spanning over 6 years with Final Orders being made in the Court of Appeal (Neutral Citation Number: [2005] EWCA Civ 862).

Reena consistently undertakes her own advocacy providing continuity to her clients and has also represented children both directly and through their Guardian with a conscience and child focus approach.

Reena is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and Association of Lawyers of Children and a member of the Bar Council.
