Registered Design Rights
Design rights refer to the protection given to the shape or configuration of the whole or part of an article, including colour, texture and decoration. They are an invaluable right for designers in all fields from fashion to technology.
Designs can be registered. This provides a slightly stronger and longer lasting right than unregistered design rights.
