Testimonial From Community Impact Bucks

"CIB have been generously helped by pro bono work from IBB solicitors who have prepared community transport scheme GDPR compliant privacy notices for volunteers and service-users as well as relatives and friends. Privacy notices have been tailored to ensure they clearly outline:

  • what data is collected from the individual;
  • why it is collected;
  • who this data is shared with;
  • why the data is shared with other organisations;
  • how the data is protected along with where it is stored and how it is retained; and
  • the individual’s rights with respect to their data.

IBB also refreshed the community transport volunteer registration form to ensure it was GDPR compliant.

Everything developed was comprehensive, thorough, clear and simple to follow – just what was needed to support Buckinghamshire’s community transport schemes.

Is there any person who stood out in particular? If so, why?

Rosie Brass – Knowledge and understanding of the voluntary sector".

Testimonial From School Aid UK

"The charity wished to convert from a trust to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation.  The advice received from Paul Ridout and Rosie Brass was at all times to the point and very clear.  The objective was achieved with minimal fuss and the responses were always prompt and sensible.  It was a pleasure being advised by them both".
