Negligent Spine injury compensation claims

A man is suing the National Health Service for up to £75,000 after claims the wrong disc in his spine was operated on by a surgeon.

Naveed Rubbani, now aged 51 from Dundee, went to his doctor in 2009 complaining of bad pain in his back and left leg. He subsequently had an MRI scan at Ninewells Hospital before being diagnosed with radiculopathy, a disease of the spinal nerve root which causes pain and weakness.
