Covid-19 Recruitment Response
IBB is stringently following government advice to help safeguard the wellbeing of our current employees, clients and applicants. Whilst vacancies on the website remain live and applications continue to be accepted and monitored by HR, you could experience a short delay in the recruitment process. Your patience is appreciated.
IBB will continue to monitor the situation adhering to guidance from Public Health England and the Government. Currently there is no intention to change the trainee recruitment process documented on our website, but as a responsible people centric employer IBB might be required to make adjustments to recruitment processes to remain compliant with official guidance and to protect the welfare of our staff, clients and the wider community.
In the event the need arises to make any significant changes to recruitment processes further communication will be published on this page of our website.
