www.ibblaw.co.uk (“our site”) is a site operated by IBB Law (“We”), the trading name of the partnership IBB Law LLP of Capital Court, 30 Windsor Street, Uxbridge UB8 1AB and The Great Barn, Woodlands Court, Burnham Road, Beaconsfield, HP9 2SF.  A list of partners is available at all offices. Our VAT number is GB 343 7026 16. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (Reg. No. 668751).

By using our site (which includes accessing, or browsing to use any part of our site), you indicate that you accept and agree to abide by, all the policies in this Acceptable Use Policy, which are supplemental to the Terms of Use. Suspension and termination

If we determine, in our discretion, that there has been a breach of this policy we may take any such action as we deem appropriate including suspending or terminating your access to our site.

By breaching this Acceptable Use Policy, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach f this acceptable use policy and the terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, trojan horse, worm, time-bomb, logic bomb, keystroke logger, spyware, adware or malware, denial-of-service attack, or other malicious or technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
