IBB will recruit staff through direct sourcing methods wherever possible. Where approval is provided for candidates to be sourced through agencies, agents will be contacted directly by a member of the HR team.
The HR team will be the main point of contact throughout the recruitment process from providing particulars of a vacancy to confirming offers. IBB currently has agreements in place with a selected number of suppliers whom we recognise as understanding the firm and its requirements. We are not currently looking to expand this list.
Whilst we do not generally accept speculative referrals, if you feel that you are representing a candidate who closely matches our role requirements then please get in touch with a member of HR team before submitting any candidate details. Please note that we will not look favourably on agents who make unconsidered approaches to us.
Any candidate details or terms and conditions submitted to Partners or other staff within the firm, whether verbal or written will not constitute an introduction to IBB. IBB will not be responsible for any fees with respect to approaches made in this manner. Any terms and conditions or variations to terms and conditions must be agreed prior to the submission of any CVs.
