Bakers Court, Uxbridge, refurbishment plans approved

Plans to refurbish and extend Clerical Medical's 109,000 sq ft Baker's Court in central Uxbridge have been approved. Coca Cola has signed an agreement to take a 15-year lease for the site, commencing in April 2012. Coca Cola proposes to move more than 550 staff from its existing European and GB headquarters at Charter Place, Uxbridge, to the new building.

Paul Brampton, Partner at West London leading Law Firm, IBB Solicitors, commented "It is good to see that Coca Cola, like many of our clients, continues to invest in the West London real estate market by keeping the relocation of its European and GB headquarters here in Uxbridge. The refurbishment of major commercial properties like Bakers Court is a necessity for the health of the corporate office market and Uxbridge as a leading centre of economic growth."
