Charities SORPs 2015 approved for publication this summer

The Charity Commission has confirmed that the two new Statements of Recommended Practice: Accounting and Reporting by Charities (SORPs), which will apply to reporting periods starting on or after 1 January 2015, have been approved by the Financial Reporting Council (FRC). The new SORPs should be published on a dedicated micro-site in the summer, possibly as early as July.
