Small Donations Scheme going live in April 2013

The Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme, to enable charities to claim top-up payments on small cash donations of £20 or less where it is difficult to get a Gift Aid declaration from a donor (e.g. bucket collections or small donations made during a religious services) is due to start in April 2013.

Payments under this scheme must be claimed using one of the three options available under the new Charities Online service. Read more on Gift Aid claims here.
