Working at IBB Law: Hear from Karina Bhojani, Paralegal in the New Homes Division

In this video, we speak to Karina Bhojani, Paralegal in the New Homes Division.

Karina joined IBB Law during the pandemic as a Documents Assistant in the New Homes Division, having completed her LPC and Masters. Karina was promoted to a Legal Administrator within 2 months of joining, 7 months after which she progressed into the role of a Paralegal. IBB Law are now sponsoring Karina to qualify as a Solicitor.

Karina reflects on the support IBB Law have provided her through her quick career progression and comments; “It is great to know that IBB trust me and have hope in me in order to become a solicitor and they believe I can do it.”
