IBB Solicitors Appointed to Bellway Homes Land and Plot Sales Panel

Leading West London and South Bucks-based law firm IBB Solicitors is delighted to announce that it has been appointed to Bellway Homes Limited (Bellway Homes) Land and Plot Sales Panel (Southern Region).

IBB Solicitors has had a relationship with Bellway Homes since 1997 when the firm was instructed by Bellway Urban Renewal. Following a review by the new Group Legal Advisor for Bellway Homes, a decision was taken to reduce the panel from 14 to just four. IBB Solicitors has been named as one of the panel firms for Bellway Homes’ southern region which comprises the Wessex, North London, South East, Thames Gateway and Essex divisions. Currently, IBB Solicitors acts for two of the five divisions. The other panel firms are Blake Lapthorn, Speechly Bircham, and Winckworth Sherwood.
