IBB Law LLP Strengthens its Real Estate Teams with Partner Promotions.

IBB Law LLP is delighted to announce the promotion of Shital Mehta and Mithun Rabheru from 01 May 2022.

The firm has one of the largest real estate teams in the South East an provides expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial property and construction law with specialists in restrictive covenants, dilapidations, cladding issues, and general property disputes. These promotions further strengthen the team and supports its growth strategy.

Shital will become an equity partner, a move that reflects her significant contribution to the growth and the reputation of IBB’s Real Estate team.

Shital Heads IBB’s New Homes division, a team that she has grown to one of the largest specialist teams in the region. Shital joined IBB Law in 2002 and has been a partner since 2016.

Jon Mowbray, Head of the Real Estate Group says of Shital’s election to equity partner:

Shital’s promotion to equity partner reflects both the great success she has achieved in growing our New Homes team over the last few years and also the strategically important role she will play going forward in further developing our service offering to the residential sector.

Mithun Rabheru will become a Partner in the Residential Development Team. Mithun is highly regarded in the residential development sector and the team. He is steadily strengthening his trusted advisor status with a number of high-profile blue-chip clients.

When asked about his promotions Mithun commented:
