Andrea Covolan
Andrea is an associate in the Corporate and Commercial team.
Andrea specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial law. He assisted domestic and international companies and investment funds in acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, general corporate advice, corporate reorganisations and commercial agreements, which often involved cross-border elements concerning the UK, Italy and other countries.
After graduating in Law from the University of Bologna in December 2016, he trained at a primary Italian law firm in London and Verona, Italy, from 2017 to 2018 and then worked as trainee and associate at a primary Italian law firm in London from 2019 to 2023.
Andrea is a solicitor of England and Wales as well as a member of the Milan Bar Association.
Andrea speaks English and Italian.
