Annabelle Randell

Annabelle is an associate solicitor in the real estate disputes team with experience of acting in both commercial and residential property disputes with a wide range of issues, including possession proceedings, easements, restrictive covenants, lease renewals, breaches of leases, dilapidations disputes, service charge and neighbour disputes. Annabelle also has very recent experience in both professional negligence and misrepresentation claims which arise out of a buyer’s property purchase after completion.

Annabelle works with clients from a range of backgrounds and sectors and is adept at advising both on the strict legal issues at play, as well as balancing and understanding the competing commercial constraints or personal influences on clients in her advice.

Annabelle joined IBB in 2023 pursuing her return to practicing law in London where she originally trained as solicitor, having recently spent 5 years solely in the Thames Valley area. Annabelle also has experience in a wide range of disputes outside of real estate disputes, including commercial and insolvency disputes, which complement her specialism in real estate dispute resolution.

Annabelle studied Business Management at Royal Holloway, University of London prior to then completing her legal studies at the University of Law. Annabelle also spent a year living and teaching in China before studying law, and so enjoys practicing her [now somewhat rusty] Chinese Mandarin skills when the opportunity presents itself.
