Disputes that arise following the breakdown of a relationship or after the death of a relative can be complex and acrimonious, both taking place at a time of increased emotion and involving their own levels of grief. Catherine’s aim is to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients in the most cost-effective fashion, with litigation being viewed very much as a last resort.
