Catherine is a Solicitor in the Family and Matrimonial team, where she specialises in divorce and the financial issues arising from relationship breakdown. She also specialises in contentious trust and probate disputes, acting for both claimants and defendants on a range of matters including will disputes, claims pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, administration disputes, and disputes with personal representative and trustees.
Catherine is a member of Resolution, and a student member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
Graduating from the University of St Andrews with an MA (Hons) in Classics in 2004, Catherine then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, graduating with LLB(Hons) in 2011. Catherine trained with IBB, qualifying in 2014.
