Jane Beaven TEP

Jane is a senior associate in our Wills, Trust and Probate Team with over 10 years experience in a broad range of Private Client matters to include:

• Wills
• Administration of estates (including high value and complex estate)
• Estate and lifetime tax planning
• Creation and administration of trust (including trusts for vulnerable beneficiaries and personal injury trusts)
• Lasting Powers of Attorney

Having previously worked for a prestigious city firm, Jane left London in 2015 for family commitments.

Jane is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having obtained her Diploma in 2016.

Promoted to Senior Associate as of 1 November 2021.
