Radhika Patel

Radhika qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and is part of the Wills, Trusts and Probate Team at IBB.  Her work covers the full range of private client services including drafting wills, estate administration and advising on powers of attorney and the Court of Protection.

Radhika’s experience includes drafting wills for vulnerable individuals and the use of trusts for tax and protection purposes.  She regularly deals with estates valued in excess of £1 million and advises on the tax issues arising throughout the administration process.  This work also includes advising on deeds of variation.

Radhika is also able to advise on mental capacity especially in the context of the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.

  • Education: BA Law and Sociology Warwick University 2007; LPC Nottingham Law School 2008; Qualified as a Solicitor December 2012 following completion of training contract with Scutt Beaumont Solicitors in Leicester.
