Sam Nolan

Sam Nolan is a Senior Conveyancer working within the Residential Conveyancing team having joined IBB Law in September 2014.

Sam deals with residential conveyancing transactions of both freehold and leasehold properties including sales, purchases and re-mortgages. Sam also has experience in dealing with both negotiated and statutory Lease Extensions representing both lessees and lessors and Sam works with clients with a portfolio of properties in relation to Lease Extensions and Deeds of Variation.

Sam also has experience in dealing with unregistered land in dealing with first registrations as well as sales and purchases of unregistered property.
