Victoria Eustace

Victoria joined IBB Law following a merger with Owen White Solicitors in January 2023.

Victoria is a Senior Associate working within the Dispute Resolution and Employment Teams.

Victoria is an experienced litigator who has successfully represented and advised clients in a wide range of commercial matters including franchising and commercial contract disputes, injunctions and professional negligence matters.

Victoria also acts for employers and employees across a wide range of employment matters. Victoria regularly advises employers, helping them to manage human resource and disciplinary matters throughout the employment relationship. Victoria advises on the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements. Victoria also assists employees seeking advice on unfair dismissal, discrimination and redundancy claims.
