IBB Law LLP Strengthens its Real Estate Team with Partner Promotion
IBB Law LLP is delighted to announce the promotion of Caryn Beidas from 01 May 2024.
The firm has one of the largest Real Estate teams in the South East an provides expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial property and construction law with specialists in restrictive covenants, dilapidations, cladding issues, and general property disputes.
Caryn Beidas will become a Partner in the Residential Development Team. Caryn joined IBB Law as a Legal Director in January 2023 following a merger with Owen White Solicitors. Caryn has more than 20 years’ specialism in the residential development sector with clients ranging from niche developers to national housebuilders.
When asked about her promotion, Caryn commented:
I am delighted to have become a Partner at IBB Law today. I have thoroughly enjoyed working at IBB Law since the merger with Owen White last year and am very excited about the future. I am looking forward to working with the other Partners to develop both the Commercial Property Group and the firm as a whole.
