“There’s a genuine attempt to ensure that everybody within the IBB family sits where they are most happy.” Sonia Jordan, Partner, Restructuring & Insolvency

IBB Law is not your average law firm. This is one in a series of videos where we speak to members of staff at different stages of their careers and their IBB journey to find out what it is about IBB that makes them enthusiastic about working here and continuing to develop their careers in their respective areas of law with IBB.

In this video, we speak to:

Joanna DeBiase, the Firm’s Managing Partner, who started her IBB journey in 1999 and became Managing Partner in 2016.

Jacqueline Almond, Partner and Head of the Wills, Trusts & Probate team, who started her legal career with IBB and has been with the firm for 27 years.

Mithun Rabheru, IBB’s most recently appointed Partner, in the Residential Development team, who joined IBB as a Solicitor 3 years ago and has progressed quickly with the firm.

Sonia Jordan, Partner in the Restructuring and Corporate Insolvency team, who joined IBB last year after working in city law firms for 20 years.

Karina Bhojani, Paralegal in the New Homes Division, who joined IBB in 2021 as a Document Assistant, progressing to a Legal Administrator then to a Paralegal within a few months. Karina is now being sponsored by IBB to qualify as a solicitor.

Bradley Greenwood, Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team, who joined IBB’s Business Support Group in 2016, before deciding to embark on the Trainee Solicitor route with IBB to qualify.
