Elena joined IBB Law in 2010 and specialises in matters relating to elderly and vulnerable clients. Elena makes applications to the Court of Protection which include the appointment of deputies (finance and health & welfare), contested applications, removal of attorneys and Trustee Act applications. Elena also deals with Lasting Powers of Attorney and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Elena is a Member of Court of Protection Practitioners Association and a fully accredited member of STEP and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers
