Mandip Gill

Mandip has a broad range of experience in dealing with commercial and residential real estate since qualification as a solicitor in December 2015, acting for individuals, businesses and lenders.

She has experience in handling disposals and acquisitions of commercial property, financing and refinancing transactions, Landlord and Tenant matters including new commercial leases, lease renewals, and licences for alterations, assignment, and underletting. Mandip also acts for clients in connection with businesses acquired on asset/share sales.

Mandip is a member of the Society of Asian lawyers.
