Employment Tribunal Claims

If you have 2 or more years’ continuous employment with your ex-employer and have been dismissed within the last 3 months you may be able to bring an employment tribunal claim for unfair dismissal.

If you feel that you have been unfairly dismissed, we will be able to assess whether you have an employment tribunal claim for unfair dismissal and if so, whether we believe that this is likely to be successful.

We are offering a fixed fee assessment for £200 (+VAT).

The assessment would normally involve you providing us with:

  • a chronology of events
  • a copy of your employment contract
  • copies of correspondence and documents leading up to and confirming your dismissal.

We would then assess your case on the information you provide us with.  In some cases, we may need to speak to you in order to clarify certain issues.
