Adam Dowdney said of the transaction,

The IBB team were delighted to work with Keith, Nick and the rest of the Wilderness team for the second time on their strategic acquisition process. The deal had its challenges, not least having clients in different parts of the world during a lockdown period and group structuring issues that challenged our innovative thinking, however we managed to work with all involved to get the transaction across the line against the backdrop of a challenging timetable and a sector critically affected by the pandemic. However, it is great to work with such a creative and ambitious client and we wish them and all at Zebra every success in the future.

Keith Vincent, CEO of Wilderness Safaris/Nick Stone, Director of Wilderness Safaris, commented:

We are delighted to have worked with the IBB Law team to help us quickly and efficiently complete our acquisition of Yellow Zebra, especially during this period of lockdowns. The invaluable input, and the constructive advice into a variety of complicated issues, was extremely helpful, and gave Wilderness the ability to complete the acquisition of these assets. We most certainly will use IBB Law in the future.
