IBB advises leading manufacturer and supplier of fire detection / alarm products on acquisition of international distributor

IBB’s corporate commercial team has advised Haes Systems Ltd on the acquisition of international distributor International Safety Technology Limited (IST). Haes is a leading manufacturer of fire control panels and alarm products and the acquisition of IST will enable Haes to sell those UK-manufactured products in new distribution channels.

The IBB team was led by partner Harriet Jones and included corporate solicitor Charlotte Newlyn, as well as employment partner Richard Devall and real-estate partner Jeff Elphee.

The selling shareholders of IST were advised by Talking Legal Lawyers.
